Responsibilities
- Excite and instill passion and pride for the brand.
- Embody the brand image for customers and the store team.
- Lead by example and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
- Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
- Enhance customer service standards to ensure the best client journey.
- Welcome clients and educate them about the brand.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge.
- Process sales confidently and professionally.
- Gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
- Stay updated with fashion trends and product lines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support stock control and management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and leather goods (LG).
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of Retail KPIs.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Experience Requirements
