- Welcome clients to the Givenchy Flagship Store, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, assisting them in selecting products while offering expert advice.
- Introduce complementary products and share in-depth product knowledge with clients.
- Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships.
- Gather and manage client CRM details to build a client book and ensure personalized follow-up.
- Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
- Exceed behavioral requirements, including adherence to dress code and appearance guidelines.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends and participating in in-store training.
- Support stock control and management in alignment with guidance from Stock Control colleagues.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
- Experience in a flagship store in luxury is preferred.
- Experience in selling leather goods or ready-to-wear with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
- Strong business acumen and experience with retail KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
- Hardworking and committed to achieving and exceeding targets.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment, preferably in a flagship luxury store.
