1. Welcome clients to the Givenchy Flagship Store, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious environment.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to assist in product selection and provide expert advice.
3. Introduce complementary products and share in-depth product knowledge with clients.
4. Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client rapport.
5. Collect and manage client CRM details to ensure personalized follow-up and build a robust client book.
6. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed behavioral requirements, including dress code and appearance guidelines.
8. Enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends and participating in store training.
9. Support stock control and management in collaboration with Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
2. Experience in a flagship store within the luxury sector is preferred.
3. Experience in selling leather goods or ready-to-wear with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.

1. Strong business acumen and experience with retail KPIs.
2. Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
3. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
5. Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
6. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
7. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
