1. Welcome clients to the Givenchy Flagship Store, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious environment.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to assist in product selection and provide expert advice.
3. Introduce and promote complementary products, sharing detailed product knowledge.
4. Process sales confidently and professionally, ensuring continued client engagement.
5. Gather and manage client CRM details to maintain relationships and expand the client book.
6. Uphold store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed behavioural requirements, including adherence to dress code and appearance guidelines.
8. Enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends and participating in training.
9. Support stock control and management in collaboration with Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
2. Experience in a flagship luxury store is preferred.
3. Proficiency in selling leather goods or ready-to-wear, with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.

1. Strong business acumen and experience with retail KPIs.
2. Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
3. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
5. Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
6. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
7. Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are advantageous.
