Fashion Group Sales Advisor

- Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Moynat.
- Embody the brand image and maintain a strong understanding of its DNA.
- Demonstrate exemplary behavior in line with brand standards, including dress code adherence.
- Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
- Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
- Welcome and educate clients about the brand, fostering a comfortable environment.
- Build and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products.
- Confidently process sales and gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
- Stay informed on fashion trends and product lines to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support stock management.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury sales, particularly in ready-to-wear or leather goods.
- Passion for fashion and sales with a commitment to exceeding targets.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Moynat Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to educate clients and enhance their shopping experience.
- Proficiency in sales processes and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and product lines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Minimum of 3 years in a luxury, high fashion sales environment.
