1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand's image and instilling passion and pride in both customers and the store team.
2. Lead and coach the team of Sales Ambassadors to prioritize exceptional customer experiences, driving loyalty and repeat business.
3. Proactively manage client databases to increase sales and maintain client communication using all available clienteling tools.
4. Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to, promoting the brand image.
5. Meet and exceed sales goals, holding oneself and the team accountable for results.
6. Analyze reports and develop action plans to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
7. Support the management team in training and developing the store team, as well as onboarding new joiners.
8. Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to, with a focus on loss prevention and store maintenance.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Leather Goods (LG).
3. A commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on the client's needs and experience.

1. Exceptional communication skills.
2. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
3. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Understanding of retail KPIs.

A minimum of 3 years in a luxury, high fashion sales environment is required.
