1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand's image and values to both customers and the store team.
2. Lead and motivate a team of Sales Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive loyalty.
3. Manage client relationships through effective clienteling tools and proactive database management.
4. Maintain a strong floor presence, exemplifying elevated customer service and visual merchandising standards.
5. Analyze sales reports and develop action plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
6. Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to, including loss prevention and store maintenance.
7. Support the management team in training, developing, and onboarding staff.
8. Conduct morning briefings, set objectives, and provide direct coaching to the team.
9. Oversee day-to-day business operations and administrative needs.

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Leather Goods (LG).
3. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

3. Proficiency in retail KPIs and sales analysis.
4. Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards.

Minimum of 3 years in a luxury, high fashion sales environment.
