1. Participate in store operations and product presentations.
2. Receive training and guidance from the retail management team on core luxury retail modules such as retail operations, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
3. Engage in a rotational experience across two brands within the fashion division to broaden fashion industry perspectives.
4. Complete the Rexplorer retail exploration journey and participate in the 2026 Challenge Day for an opportunity to join the 24-month Retail Excellence Trainee program.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with the ability to commit full-time (minimum 32 hours per week) by June 2026.
2. Proficiency in English for effective communication in daily and work scenarios.
3. Passion for the fashion and luxury retail industry.
4. Curiosity, excellence-driven, and willingness to embrace change and challenges.
