4. Complete the Rexplorer retail exploration journey and participate in the 2026 Challenge Day to potentially join the Retail Excellence Trainee program.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with the ability to commit full-time (minimum 32 hours per week) by June 2026.
2. Proficient in English, capable of handling daily communication and work scenarios.
3. Passionate about the fashion and luxury retail industry.
4. Curious, excellence-driven, and open to embracing change and challenges.
