1. Engage in store operations and product presentations, gaining hands-on experience in luxury retail environments.
2. Participate in training sessions led by the retail management team, covering core modules such as retail operations, visual merchandising, and customer experience.

4. Complete the Rexplorer journey and participate in the 2026 Challenge Day for the opportunity to join the Retail Excellence Trainee program.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with the ability to commit full-time (minimum 32 hours per week) by June 2026.
2. Proficiency in English, capable of handling everyday communication and work scenarios.
3. Passion for the fashion and luxury retail industry.
