1. Serve as a passionate and knowledgeable Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's image and values.
2. Maintain visual merchandising standards to promote the brand's image.
3. Enhance customer service to ensure an exceptional client journey.
4. Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and build lasting relationships.
5. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales.
6. Process sales transactions confidently and professionally.
7. Expand the client book by gathering CRM details.

10. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within a luxury, high-fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
3. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
