LVMH Office and HR Administrative Executive
The Fashion Group, a distinguished entity within the esteemed Fashion & Leather Goods sector, is renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation. - Serve as the primary point of contact for the Singapore office, managing calls, greeting visitors, and overseeing goods receipt.
- Maintain pantry, meeting rooms, and all common areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with the Senior F&A Executive to manage office maintenance, including stock levels of snacks, beverages, and office supplies.
- Perform reception duties, including call management and courier arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings and company events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Manage office access, coordinate name card printing, and oversee onboarding processes for Singapore office and retail stores in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
- Input data into systems and support relocations, including flight bookings and temporary accommodation sourcing.
- Assist with HR-related vendor management and ensure compliance with internal payment processes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Director and business heads, including meeting arrangements, travel bookings, and expense claims.
- Minimum 3 years of office administration experience.
- Secretarial support experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Outlook and data management.
- High level of confidentiality and sensitivity to information.
- Strong multitasking abilities with a sense of priority and urgency.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in written English.
