LVMH Management Accountant

1. Execute month-end entries, including prepayments, accruals, and fixed assets.
2. Oversee monthly closings and reporting processes.
3. Post and reconcile IFRS16 leases.
4. Prepare monthly profit and loss accounts and conduct variance analysis.
5. Prepare monthly balance sheets and liaise with Consolidation teams in Paris.
6. Conduct full reconciliation of all balance sheet balances.
7. Input data into the consolidation/reporting package using the Group tool.
8. Perform reporting analyses, including cash flow, debt, and corporation tax.
9. Coordinate year-end audit activities with external auditors.
10. Prepare VAT returns.
11. Conduct bank reconciliations.
12. Reconcile and clear concessions accounts.
13. Reconcile and clear cash and credit card sales payments.
14. Provide operational support to stores and other Head Office departments.
15. Participate in various ad hoc projects, such as digitalisation of petty cash and stock take.

1. Qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
2. Experience in accounts preparation.
3. Experience with VAT and corporation tax.
4. Experience in the retail industry.

1. Strong reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in UK GAAP and IFRS.
3. Experience with JDE and SAP is desirable.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive approach to challenges.
6. Ability to meet deadlines.
7. French language skills are a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
