Fashion Group Logistics Executive

- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, including invoicing, shipments, and reverse logistics.
- Track shipment deliveries and coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouses for accurate goods receiving.
- Handle CITES and HSA applications and maintain proper filing of inventory-related documents.
- Support stores with repairs and spare parts incoming shipments.
- Prepare invoices for exports, stock returns, and coordinate with HQ/RHQ for invoices, credit notes issuance, and stock adjustments.
- Administer the Point-of-Sales system, ensuring accurate stock movement transactions and training teams accordingly.
- Establish effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates on logistics scoreboard and KPIs.
- Adhere to logistics processes according to internal controls and SOPs, supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct monthly reviews with warehouses for KPI improvements.
- Reconcile stock movements and manage stock transfers, product recalls, and end-of-season products.
- Oversee air freight logistics operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and maintaining strong relationships with logistics partners.
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a customer-centric environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; Power BI experience is advantageous.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
