LVMH Junior Management Accountant

1. Execute month-end entries, including prepayments, accruals, and fixed assets.
2. Manage monthly closings and reporting processes.
3. Post and reconcile IFRS16 leases.
4. Prepare monthly profit and loss accounts and conduct variance analysis.
5. Compile monthly balance sheets and liaise with consolidation teams in Paris.
6. Conduct comprehensive reconciliation of all balance sheet balances.
7. Input data into the consolidation and reporting package using the Group tool.
8. Perform reporting analyses, including cash flow, debt, and corporation tax.
9. Coordinate year-end audits with external auditors.
10. Prepare VAT returns and bank reconciliations.
11. Reconcile and clear concessions accounts, cash, and credit card sales payments.
12. Provide operational support to stores and other Head Office departments.
13. Engage in ad hoc projects such as digitalisation of petty cash and participation in stock takes.

1. Qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/Equivalent certification.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts preparation.
3. Experience with VAT and corporation tax.
4. Background in the retail industry.

1. Strong reconciliation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in UK GAAP and IFRS.
3. Experience with JDE and SAP is desirable.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive approach to challenges.
6. Ability to meet deadlines.
7. French language skills are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, particularly within the retail industry.

Qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/Equivalent certification.
