1. Develop and execute the strategic IT infrastructure plan for luxury retail operations in Greater China, aligning with overall business objectives and growth plans.
2. Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in IT infrastructure management.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand technology needs and provide effective solutions.
4. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, workplace, security systems, and cloud platforms.
5. Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems, managing risks and addressing issues promptly.
6. Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT infrastructure management.
7. Oversee project management of store opening, renovation, relocation, and closure with support from vendors and internal teams.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology initiatives.
9. Develop and manage the IT budget, including cost optimization strategies and procurement of necessary hardware, software, and services.
10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability, flexibility, and resilience of the IT infrastructure.
11. Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and security regulations and company policies.
12. Manage IT vendors to deliver proper service, manage cost optimization, quality control, and continuous improvement.

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Extensive experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably within the luxury retail industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.

1. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
2. Familiarity with retail-specific technologies, such as point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and e-commerce platforms.
3. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing IT infrastructure projects.
4. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, such as network architecture, Office 365, virtualization, Active Directory, security tools, and cloud platforms.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic decision-making capacity in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
