1. Implement and manage the configuration and monitoring of IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and stability across all devices including Dell servers, MacBooks, iPhones, and more.
2. Oversee network infrastructure management using Cisco Meraki, including upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
3. Provide application support for retail systems such as Cegid, Beanstore, Salesforce, SAP, and Office 365.
4. Manage IT support and help desk operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for over 250 users across five countries.
5. Provide comprehensive Active Directory support and manage user and group access across multiple brand environments.
6. Lead IT projects for new store openings, relocations, and closures, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
7. Maintain an inventory of IT assets and plan for lifecycle management through Green IT processes.
8. Prepare and manage the IT procurement budget, optimizing costs through vendor negotiations and standardization.
9. Implement security measures and conduct regular audits to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience in a similar role.
2. Degree in IT or a related field.
3. Experience in the retail and/or luxury goods industry is advantageous.

1. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking concepts, and POS systems.
2. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
3. Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.

At least 5 years of relevant IT experience in a similar level role.

Degree in IT or related field.
