Fashion Group IT Digital Workplace Services Manager

- Lead and enhance Digital Workplace Services within the IT Shared Service Center for six Maisons in the Americas.
- Ensure a best-in-class user experience and compliance for IT devices by testing and piloting software and image updates.
- Monitor and analyze user feedback to continuously improve digital workplace services.
- Rebuild and manage an IT Asset Management practice to optimize inventory levels and prevent loss.
- Manage devices, users, and groups in Active Directory.
- Recommend and maintain device management policies, including MDM and BYOD programs.
- Manage mobile plan subscriptions and optimize costs.
- Deploy applications and updates to user devices.
- Partner with Security Administrator for security-related issues.
- Drive the adoption of Microsoft Office 365 tools to enhance productivity and communication.
- Manage and clean-up Microsoft and Adobe licenses during employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Improve user onboarding/offboarding processes with a focus on security and compliance.
- Procure, stage, and configure devices for new joiners in a timely manner.
- Streamline procurement, staging, and configuration processes with strategic vendors.
- Ensure timely accounts deactivation and equipment return for leavers.
- Extensive experience managing devices and Microsoft applications in a large corporate environment.
- Experience in a multi-brand, matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and strategic partners.
- Retail industry experience is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000- $140,000 annually, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
