Fashion Group Internal Control Assistant Manager

- Coordinate the preparation and implementation of audit roadmaps in accordance with LVMH and Maisons’ specific guidelines.
- Lead regular retail audits in collaboration with identified guest auditors.
- Evaluate and verify that controls are operating as intended through testing and interviewing techniques, and follow up on action plans to close identified gaps.
- Execute and co-manage the annual LVMH Enterprise Risk and Internal Assessment Campaigns (ERICA), performing substantive tests to validate the accuracy of process owners’ self-assessments.
- Make recommendations on identified control weaknesses and propose improvement plans for review by management and headquarters.
- Conduct routine checks on processes and workflow matrices to ensure the effectiveness of controls and adherence to internal policies.
- Propose solutions for process improvements related to internal controls, policies, procedures, and risk assessment across functions for SEAO, providing guidance on preventive and corrective controls.
- Prepare presentations to share results with management and key stakeholders, and develop training materials to ensure internal control requirements are well understood and established.
- Support the investigation and prevention of fraudulent activities, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and protecting company assets.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance/Accounting related disciplines
- Strong business acumen
- Good analytical and logical mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in internal control or audit, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
