6. Develop recruiting strategies and oversee the recruitment cycle, ensuring timely and culturally fitting hires.
7. Establish employee relations practices to support high morale and motivation.
8. Manage employee communications and feedback channels to address talent attraction and retention issues.
9. Lead Performance Management Reviews, talent assessments, succession planning, and compensation reviews.
10. Evaluate organizational structure to drive necessary transformation for competitiveness.
11. Develop and oversee the organizational training strategy, including induction training and development plans.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
