- Participate in HR initiatives from LVMH and the Fashion Group to align with broader HR strategies.
- Develop recruiting strategies and oversee the recruitment cycle, ensuring timely and culturally fitting hires.
- Establish employee relations practices to support high morale and motivation.
- Manage employee communications and feedback channels to address talent attraction and retention issues.
- Lead Performance Management Reviews, talent assessments, succession planning, and compensation reviews.
- Evaluate organizational structure to drive necessary transformation for competitiveness.
- Develop and oversee the organizational training strategy, including induction training and development plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
