LVMH Human Resources Executive

- Execute comprehensive HR payroll tasks, including taxation and statutory administration, for designated fashion brands across Southeast Asia and Oceania markets.
- Generate monthly payroll reports for the Finance department.
- Support the preparation and submission of monthly and annual reports to regional or headquarters offices.
- Ensure compliance with ordinances, internal policies, and procedural guidelines.
- Maintain continual compliance within the internal HR system and payroll processes.
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Singapore payroll, with regional exposure being advantageous.
- Strong understanding of HR practices in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia, including employment law and payroll practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with reliable follow-through.
- Experience in coordinating with payroll vendors.
Minimum of 3 years in payroll management, preferably with regional exposure.
