1. Execute comprehensive HR payroll tasks, including taxation and statutory administration, for designated fashion brands across Southeast Asia and Oceania markets.
2. Generate monthly payroll reports for the Finance department.
3. Support the preparation and submission of monthly and annual reports to regional or headquarters offices.
4. Ensure compliance with ordinances, internal policies, and procedural guidelines.
5. Maintain continual compliance within the internal HR system and payroll processes.
6. Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Singapore payroll, with regional exposure being advantageous.
2. Strong understanding of HR practices in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia, including employment law and payroll practices.
