1. Execute comprehensive HR payroll tasks, including taxation and statutory administration, for assigned fashion brands across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
2. Generate monthly payroll reports for the Finance department.
3. Support the preparation and submission of monthly and annual reports to regional or headquarters offices.
4. Administer staff benefits efficiently.
5. Assist in the design, setup, enhancement, and testing of the HRIS system.
6. Ensure compliance with ordinances, internal policies, and procedures.
7. Review and improve internal HR systems and payroll processes for continual enhancement and compliance.
8. Identify and propose solutions for efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
9. Participate in ad hoc HR projects as required.

1. 2-4 years of experience in an HR payroll role, preferably with regional experience.
2. Strong knowledge of HR practices in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia.
3. Understanding of Employment Law and Payroll practices in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
2. Meticulous attention to detail.
3. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
5. Strong numerical and analytical skills with good follow-through.

Minimum of 3 years in an HR payroll role, ideally with regional exposure.
