Fashion Group HR Executive - Payroll

- Execute comprehensive HR payroll tasks, including taxation and statutory administration, for assigned fashion brands across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
- Generate monthly payroll reports for the Finance department.
- Support the preparation and submission of monthly and annual reports to regional or headquarters offices.
- Administer staff benefits efficiently.
- Assist in the design, setup, enhancement, and testing of the HRIS system.
- Ensure compliance with ordinances, internal policies, and procedures.
- Review and improve internal HR systems and payroll processes for continual enhancement and compliance.
- Identify and propose solutions for efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects as required.
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR payroll role, preferably with regional experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia.
- Understanding of Employment Law and Payroll practices in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia is advantageous.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with good follow-through.
Minimum of 3 years in an HR payroll role, ideally with regional exposure.
