1. Prepare and finalize accounting entries for the general ledger.
2. Collaborate with Accounting Officers to manage daily accounts payable and receivable tasks.
3. Close monthly financial books efficiently.
4. Prepare monthly trial balance reviews and related schedules for discussions with Business Planning.
5. Conduct inventory reconciliation and maintain the fixed assets register.
6. Calculate and control monthly rental expenses for each point of sale.
7. Draft monthly accruals for discussion with Business Planning for each brand.
8. Review and finalize bank reconciliations.
9. Prepare monthly Group reporting (SyRUS).
10. Support the preparation of various tax reports and audited financial statements.
11. Participate in internal audits and control reviews.
12. Engage in projects such as system enhancements, new store openings, and business takeovers.
13. Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Certified Public Accountant qualification.
2. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail segment.
3. Experience in handling General Ledger for Southeast Asia entities is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
2. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Ability to work and think independently.
5. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English with strong written skills in English.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft D365 is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, with a preference for experience in the retail sector.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Certified Public Accountant qualification.
