LVMH FP&A Manager

- Prepare weekly sales reports for review by the CFO and Presidents of Division and Maisons.
- Manage branch closings for actual data.
- Prepare sales, P&L, cash, and inventory reporting and analyses.
- Conduct critical reviews of data and input from the Maisons.
- Prepare analytical summaries for management.
- Prepare budget reports for forecast data, including budget, revised, and strategic plans.
- Prepare monthly reports on store networks.
- Participate in the preparation of documents for various executive committees and business reviews.
- Review investment requests, particularly in retail, from the Fashion Group Maisons.
- Produce ad-hoc analyses and benchmarks as requested by management or the Maisons.
- Collaborate with Maisons on cost optimization, risk, and opportunity identification.
- Participate in the development of forecasts, including simulations and scenario planning.
- Liaise with Maison CFOs and finance teams internationally to align on reporting and analysis.
- Contribute to the optimization of monitoring processes and improvement of reporting tools.
- Participate in ongoing projects related to the deployment of new financial consolidation and reporting tools.
- University degree (Bac+5) from a business or engineering school with a focus on corporate finance.
- Proven track record with 5 to 10 years of experience in complex structures in management control, management accounting, or finance.
- Masterful skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data and complex information.
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Organized, rigorous, and able to work under time constraints.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and French.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work quickly to urgent deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Minimum of 5 years in management control, management accounting, or finance within complex structures.
University degree (Bac+5) in business or engineering with a focus on corporate finance.
