Fashion Group FP&A Manager
The Fashion Group, a distinguished division within a leading luxury conglomerate, manages an extensive portfolio of renowned Maisons across seven regions globally. - Prepare and present weekly sales reports for senior management, including the CFO and Presidents of Division and Maisons.
- Oversee branch closings for actual data and prepare comprehensive sales, P&L, cash, and inventory reports and analyses.
- Critically review data and inputs from the Maisons to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Develop analytical summaries for management and prepare budget reports for forecast data, including budget, revised, and strategic plans.
- Generate monthly reports on store networks and participate in the preparation of documents for executive committees and business reviews.
- Collaborate with Maisons to review investment requests, particularly in retail, and produce ad-hoc analyses and benchmarks as required.
- Work with Maisons on cost optimization, risk and opportunity identification, and forecast elaboration.
- Liaise with international Maison CFOs and finance teams to ensure alignment on reporting and analysis.
- Contribute to the optimization of monitoring processes and the enhancement of reporting tools and formats.
- Participate in ongoing projects related to the deployment of new financial consolidation and reporting tools at the Maison, regional, and group levels.
- University degree (Bac+5) from a business or engineering school with a focus on corporate finance.
- Proven track record of 5 to 10 years in management control, management accounting, or finance within complex structures.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and complex information.
- Commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Organizational skills and the ability to work under time constraints.
- Proficiency in English and French, with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and objectives efficiently.
A minimum of 5 years in management control, management accounting, or finance within complex structures.
University degree (Bac+5) in business or engineering with a focus on corporate finance.
