Fashion Group Financial Controller

- Conduct comprehensive sales analysis on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, focusing on performance metrics per store, product, and client nationality, as well as competitive benchmarking.
- Enhance existing dashboards and collaborate with brands and controllers to develop new analytical tools.
- Assist in monthly and budget business reviews, providing ad hoc analysis for senior management, including the General Manager and CFO.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, emphasizing gross and net sales, inventory, accruals, and operating expenses.
- Manage reporting to the Group using consolidation tools, supporting controllers in the consolidation and analysis of closing results.
- Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting processes, ensuring accurate reporting to the Group on financial statements and ad hoc details.
- Evaluate compliance with internal policies through regular testing and audits in boutiques.
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant finance experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling, and Reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and hands-on approach.
- Teamwork and initiative to develop new tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
1 to 2 years of relevant finance experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling, and Reporting.
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
