LVMH Finance Project Manager

- Lead and execute finance and accounting projects strategically.
- Deliver solutions to enhance financial efficiency.
- Support financial operations across multiple Maisons and a back-office division.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with group regulations.
- Identify and suggest operational improvements for process optimization.
- Oversee system implementation, configuration, and integration of new financial systems.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure seamless system functionality.
- Analyze and improve existing finance and accounting processes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Manage stakeholder communication effectively.
- Understand and manage key accounting operations across GL, AP, AR, and Tax functions.
- Implement cross-training programs for accounting team members.
- Provide leadership and support for continuity of operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
- Proficiency in financial software and project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
More than 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or audit roles, with at least 3 years in a project management capacity. Proven experience in leading successful finance and accounting system implementations.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
