1. Lead and execute finance and accounting projects strategically.
2. Deliver solutions to enhance financial efficiency.
3. Support financial operations across multiple Maisons and a back-office division.
4. Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with group regulations.
5. Identify and suggest operational improvements for process optimization.
6. Oversee system implementation, configuration, and integration of new financial systems.
7. Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure seamless system functionality.
8. Analyze and improve existing finance and accounting processes.
9. Develop and maintain process documentation, policies, and procedures.
10. Manage stakeholder communication effectively.
11. Understand and manage key accounting operations across GL, AP, AR, and Tax functions.
12. Implement cross-training programs for accounting team members.
13. Provide leadership and support for continuity of operations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
2. MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.
3. Fluent in Japanese and English.

1. Proficiency in financial software and project management tools.
2. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
3. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
4. Strong leadership capabilities.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

More than 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or audit roles, with at least 3 years in a project management capacity. Proven experience in leading successful finance and accounting system implementations.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
