1. Collaborate with the accounting team on process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Develop new value-added analysis and automation to meet evolving business needs.
3. Assist project teams with new retail initiatives, including new entity setups and sales audits.
4. Participate in monthly financial closings, including calculating accruals, reviewing profit and loss statements, and performing reconciliations.
5. Support the production of monthly management reports and provide assistance with ad-hoc reports and analysis.
6. Engage in the forecasting process and assist in consolidating figures for strategic planning.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Audit, or Controlling.
2. No prior experience required, though a background in FP&A, Accounting, or Consulting is preferred.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of PowerPivot, PowerQuery, and PowerBI is advantageous.
3. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to unexpected situations.
4. Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
5. Deadline-oriented with a focus on delivering results.

No prior experience required, though a first experience in FP&A, Accounting, or Consulting is preferred.
