Fashion Group Finance Accounts Receivable Transformation Manager

- Lead and develop a team of four in the Accounts Receivable department, optimizing order-to-cash processes.
- Analyze and improve existing order-to-cash and accounts receivable processes to enhance efficiency.
- Design and implement optimized processes using best practices and technological solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Lead finance and accounting projects, including system implementations and process re-engineering.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Manage project teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of new financial systems.
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and internal teams to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate project updates effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.
- More than 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or audit roles, with at least 3 years in project management.
- Proven experience in leading finance and accounting system implementations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and project management tools.
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of automation tools and technologies relevant to finance and accounting.
More than 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or audit roles, with at least 3 years in a project management capacity.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.
