LVMH Finance Accounts Receivable Transformation Manager

1. Lead and develop a team of four in the Accounts Receivable department, optimizing order-to-cash processes.
2. Analyze and improve existing order-to-cash and accounts receivable processes to enhance efficiency.
3. Design and implement optimized processes using best practices and technological solutions.
4. Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, policies, and procedures.
5. Lead finance and accounting projects, including system implementations and process re-engineering.
6. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
7. Manage project teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
8. Oversee the implementation and integration of new financial systems.
9. Collaborate with IT, vendors, and internal teams to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
10. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate project updates effectively.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
2. MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.
3. More than 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or audit roles, with at least 3 years in project management.
4. Proven experience in leading finance and accounting system implementations.
5. Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting.
6. Proficiency in financial software and project management tools.
7. Fluent in Japanese and English.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.
