1. Lead and develop a team of 4 in the Accounts Receivable department, optimizing order-to-cash processes.
2. Analyze and improve existing processes to eliminate inefficiencies.
3. Design and implement best practices and technological solutions for operational excellence.
4. Develop and maintain process documentation, policies, and procedures.
5. Lead finance and accounting projects, including system implementations and process re-engineering.
6. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
7. Manage project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
8. Oversee the implementation and integration of new financial systems.
9. Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
10. Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate project updates effectively.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
2. More than 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or audit roles.
3. At least 3 years of experience in project management.
4. Proven experience in finance and accounting system implementations.
5. Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting.

2. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
3. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
5. Strong leadership capabilities.

Minimum of 5 years in accounting or audit roles, with at least 3 years in project management.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.
