1. Lead and engage the store team to ensure operational standards and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented.
2. Monitor and manage store expenses, partnering with Finance to review and act on the monthly P&L.
3. Oversee health and safety management, ensuring compliance with regulations.
4. Supervise asset protection and risk management to minimize stock loss.
5. Develop and coach the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets.
6. Identify and recruit talent, working with HR to develop succession plans.
7. Create a positive work environment that empowers the team and encourages innovative solutions.
8. Network with Moynat and LVMH colleagues to share best practices and drive business growth.

1. Extensive experience in boutique management within the luxury goods sector.
2. Existing international clientele network.
3. Experience managing VIP client events.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
2. Strong customer service orientation and commercial creativity.
3. In-depth knowledge of fashion trends and the ready-to-wear product division.
4. Fluency in a second language is preferred.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in boutique management within the luxury sector is required.

Master's Degree is desirable.
