Fashion Group Department Manager

- Oversee the sales and profitability of the assigned category, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance analyses and implement strategic action plans to enhance category performance.
- Drive clienteling initiatives and mentor sales assistants to optimize client engagement.
- Act as the liaison between store management and the department, providing regular performance feedback and business insights.
- Promote the brand both internally and externally, ensuring a consistent brand image and exceptional client experience.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and internal policies across all processes.
- Safeguard stock accuracy and compliance, organizing departmental activities and supporting staff scheduling.
- Lead and manage the department team, fostering a positive, motivating work environment and strong team spirit.
- Regularly coach team members to deliver the highest level of client experience.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably within the luxury or fashion sectors.
- High product and fashion sensitivity

Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with a preference for experience in the luxury or fashion industry.
