LVMH Cybersecurity Manager

- Monitor and remediate IT asset compliance levels, ensuring adherence to Group security standards.
- Conduct comprehensive security audits to verify compliance with security policies and applicable regulations.
- Ensure compliance with data regulatory or industry standards such as CCPA/CPRA or PCI/DSS.
- Proactively review alerts from security scans and develop timely action plans.
- Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams to ensure consistent patching across servers.
- Lead security assessments and conduct risk assessments for new projects and third-party vendors.
- Define and propose strategic long-term plans for evolving security design and processes.
- Investigate potential security incidents and emerging threats with key security vendors.
- Remediate identified threats, partnering with regional and divisional IT teams.
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity training and communications to regional employees.
- Maintain regular communication with retail and call center teams about emerging threats.
- Collaborate with IT leaders to remediate security alerts and educate teams on cybersecurity practices.
- Provide comprehensive reports on cybersecurity preparedness and threat remediation efforts.
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in a cybersecurity role.
- Experience in a retail environment is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Industry standard security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are advantageous.
- Expertise in payment processing and PCI DSS compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud security principles and technologies.
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols and technologies.
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with security solutions including Log Analysis, Antivirus, IPS, IAM, DLP, MFA, and SSO.
- Solid understanding of network administration principles and technologies.
- Working knowledge of security frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO 27000, COBIT, and NIST.
A minimum of 5 years in a cybersecurity role, with a preference for experience in a retail environment.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, with a bonus opportunity.
