1. Monitor and remediate IT asset compliance levels, ensuring adherence to Group security standards.
2. Conduct comprehensive security audits to verify compliance with security policies and applicable regulations.
3. Ensure compliance with data regulatory or industry standards such as CCPA/CPRA or PCI/DSS.
4. Proactively review alerts from security scans and develop timely action plans.
5. Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams to ensure consistent patching across servers.
6. Lead security assessments and conduct risk assessments for new projects and third-party vendors.
7. Define and propose strategic long-term plans for evolving security design and processes.
8. Investigate potential security incidents and emerging threats with key security vendors.
9. Remediate identified threats, partnering with regional and divisional IT teams.
10. Develop and deliver cybersecurity training and communications to regional employees.
11. Maintain regular communication with retail and call center teams about emerging threats.
12. Collaborate with IT leaders to remediate security alerts and educate teams on cybersecurity practices.
13. Provide comprehensive reports on cybersecurity preparedness and threat remediation efforts.

1. 5-10 years of progressive experience in a cybersecurity role.
2. Experience in a retail environment is highly preferred.
3. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
4. Industry standard security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are advantageous.

1. Expertise in payment processing and PCI DSS compliance.
2. In-depth knowledge of cloud security principles and technologies.
3. Strong understanding of authentication protocols and technologies.
4. Proficiency in Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.
5. Hands-on experience with security solutions including Log Analysis, Antivirus, IPS, IAM, DLP, MFA, and SSO.
6. Solid understanding of network administration principles and technologies.
7. Working knowledge of security frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO 27000, COBIT, and NIST.

A minimum of 5 years in a cybersecurity role, with a preference for experience in a retail environment.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, with a bonus opportunity.
