Fashion Group Cybersecurity Manager

- Monitor and ensure IT asset compliance across all devices and servers, adhering to Group security standards.
- Conduct comprehensive security audits to verify compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with data regulatory standards such as CCPA/CPRA and PCI/DSS.
- Securely configure all infrastructure, including warehouses, stores, and vendor facilities, to meet Group security standards.
- Review security scan alerts and develop action plans in collaboration with infrastructure and application teams.
- Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams to maintain required patching levels.
- Lead security assessments and risk evaluations for new projects and third-party vendors.
- Define and propose strategic plans to evolve security design and processes.
- Investigate potential security incidents and emerging threats with key vendors.
- Remediate identified threats in partnership with regional IT teams.
- Collaborate with crisis management teams during major security incidents.
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity training and communications to regional employees.
- Maintain communication with retail and call center teams regarding emerging threats.
- Collaborate with IT leaders to remediate security alerts and educate teams on cybersecurity practices.
- Partner with business executives to promote cybersecurity awareness.
- Provide detailed reports on cybersecurity preparedness and threat remediation.
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in a cybersecurity role.
- Experience in a retail environment is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Industry standard security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are advantageous.
- Expertise in payment processing and PCI DSS compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud security principles and technologies.
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols and technologies.
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.
- Experience with security solutions such as Log Analysis, Antivirus, IPS, Identity Access Management, DLP, MFA, and SSO.
- Understanding of network administration principles and technologies.
- Working knowledge of security frameworks like PCI DSS, ISO 27000, COBIT, and NIST.
A minimum of 5 years in a cybersecurity role, with a preference for experience in a retail environment.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience. Includes bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits package.
