LVMH Cybersecurity Manager

- Monitor and ensure IT asset compliance across all devices and servers, adhering to Group security standards.
- Conduct comprehensive security audits to verify compliance with security policies and applicable regulations.
- Ensure compliance with data regulatory standards such as CCPA/CPRA or PCI/DSS.
- Securely configure infrastructure in warehouses, stores, call centers, offices, and third-party facilities.
- Review security scan alerts and develop timely action plans in collaboration with infrastructure and application teams.
- Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams and vendors to maintain required patching levels.
- Lead security assessments and risk assessments for new projects and third-party vendors.
- Define and propose strategic long-term security plans.
- Investigate potential security incidents and emerging threats with key security vendors.
- Remediate identified threats in partnership with IT infrastructure, application, and service owners.
- Partner with the Regional CISO and crisis management team during major security incidents.
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity communications and training to regional employees.
- Maintain communication with retail and call center teams regarding emerging threats.
- Collaborate with IT leaders to remediate security alerts and educate on cybersecurity practices.
- Provide weekly and monthly cybersecurity reports to CIO, CISOs, and Security Operations teams.
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity.
- Experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
- Industry standard security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are an advantage.
- Expertise in payment processing and PCI DSS compliance.
- Knowledge of cloud security principles and technologies.
- Understanding of authentication protocols and technologies.
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.
- Experience with security solutions such as Log Analysis, Antivirus, IPS, IAM, DLP, MFA, and SSO.
- Understanding of network administration principles and technologies.
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as PCI DSS, ISO 27000, COBIT, and NIST.
Minimum of 5 years in a cybersecurity role, with progressive responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
$120,000 - $140,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience, with bonus opportunities.
