Fashion Group Compensation and Benefits Supervisor

- Deliver seamless compensation and benefits services and end-to-end operational support to assigned Maisons, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and local market practices.
- Accurately execute payroll calculations and payroll-related cost reconciliations in compliance with statutory and company policies.
- Develop, manage, and forecast payroll budgets in collaboration with HR Business Partners and Finance teams.
- Prepare comprehensive compensation and benefits reports and dashboards for leadership review and decision-making.
- Evaluate, design, and update sales commission and incentive plans to drive performance and retain top talent.
- Participate in benchmarking surveys, assessing internal equity and external competitiveness of internal positions.
- Review and validate salary proposals for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and opportunities related to compensation structures.
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, and Maisons to enhance workforce effectiveness through data-driven compensation and benefits strategies.
- Maintain a confidential HR database ensuring legal compliance.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as requested by the line manager.
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or operations, with exposure to HR digital roles preferred.
- Strong data sense and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand business and organizational needs and translate them into total reward/HR solutions.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory.
