Fashion Group Client Development Manager

- Generate client data and develop a CRM action plan by store and customer segment.
- Collaborate with Store Managers to ensure CRM activities align with brand strategy.
- Act as the local contact for Client Development topics, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Initiate and monitor CRM activities, sharing results with Paris HQ and energizing local efforts.
- Plan and coordinate Client Development action calendar with Retail, MD, and stores.
- Share best practices regionally, including events and clienteling strategies.
- Ensure Client Development activities reflect in Retail KPIs and communicate results regularly.
- Motivate Store Managers to engage in clienteling actions using system and communication tools.
- Plan and coordinate VIC retention initiatives in stores.
- Coordinate client events and direct marketing tools setup according to Central Client Development guidelines.
- Implement gifting strategy in collaboration with Global Client Experience Team.
- Collaborate with external partners to recruit new clients.
- Attend domestic and international events to enhance customer experience.
- Native level Japanese and business level English proficiency.
- 3-5 years of CRM management experience in retail, preferably in luxury or fashion.
- Selling experience in stores is advantageous.
- Experience in retail operations.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Proficiency in PC skills.
Minimum of 3 years in a CRM Manager role within retail, ideally in the luxury or fashion sector.
