Fashion Group Client Development Manager

- Develop and implement the Client Relationship Management strategy in Japan, aligning with global guidelines and local market needs.
- Initiate and monitor CRM activities, ensuring alignment with brand strategy through collaboration with Store Managers.
- Generate and share innovative CRM ideas with Paris HQ, energizing local CRM activities.
- Plan and coordinate CRM action calendars with Retail, Merchandising, and stores, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Share best practices regionally, enhancing events, clienteling, and private appointments.
- Ensure CRM activities impact Retail KPIs, regularly communicating results to stores and the Central Client Development team.
- Motivate Store Managers to engage in clienteling actions utilizing system and communication tools.
- Plan and coordinate VIC retention initiatives within stores.
- Coordinate client events and direct marketing tools in line with Central CRM guidelines.
- Implement gifting strategies in collaboration with the Global Client Experience Team.
- Collaborate with external partners to recruit new clients.
- Attend domestic and international events to enhance customer experience.
- Native level Japanese and Business level English proficiency.
- 3-5 years of CRM management experience in retail, preferably in luxury or fashion.
- Selling experience in stores is advantageous.
- Experience in Retail Operations.
