1. Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand image and instilling passion and pride for RIMOWA.
2. Maintain exemplary store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
3. Deliver world-class customer service to enhance the client experience.
4. Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales and achieve targets.
5. Educate clients about the brand and assist them in selecting suitable products.
6. Process sales transactions professionally while maintaining client rapport.
7. Gather and manage client CRM details for personalized follow-up.
8. Stay informed about market trends and product knowledge.
9. Support stock management in line with company policies.
10. Assist with special client requests, including repairs and returns.
