4. Deliver world-class customer service to enhance client experiences.
5. Build and maintain client relationships to maximize sales and develop a loyal client base.
6. Educate clients about the brand and assist them in selecting appropriate products.
7. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales.
8. Process sales confidently and professionally while maintaining client relationships.
9. Gather and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book.
10. Stay informed about market trends and participate in store training to enhance product knowledge.
11. Support stock control and management in line with management directions.
12. Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
2. Fluent in English with additional languages being advantageous.
