LVMH Business Analyst

1. Oversee the implementation, configuration, and support of store-related applications.
2. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for store applications.
3. Document problems and maintain local documentation and knowledge database, including root cause analysis.
4. Lead and participate in efforts to implement best-practice processes for application monitoring, support, and problem-solving.
5. Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
6. Analyze current store processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology.
7. Propose and implement solutions to enhance store operations and customer engagement.
8. Collaborate with IS&T team members and business teams to ensure smooth operations of applications.
9. Ensure all store applications comply with company policies and industry regulations.
10. Coordinate application deployment, upgrade, and migration projects, collaborating with group IS&T teams for proper integration.
11. Assist in the modification and improvement of IS&T services and group applications.
12. Test applications to ensure they are error and bug-free.

1. 5+ years’ experience in IT operations, including supporting and maintaining applications.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a retail environment, preferably in the fashion industry.
3. Strong understanding of store operations and retail technology solutions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Fluent in English (Business) and Japanese.
