1. Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance data across all Maisons and product lines, identifying key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
2. Assist in the analysis of collection plans, providing data-driven insights to optimize product assortment and align with market demand.
3. Analyze pricing strategies and competitive positioning, providing recommendations to optimize pricing structures and maximize profitability.
4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, providing regular reports and insights to inform merchandising decisions.
5. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Collaborate effectively with merchandising, marketing, and sales teams to gather data, share insights, and support the implementation of merchandising strategies.
7. Provide ad-hoc analytical support to the Chief Product and Business Development Officer and the merchandising team as needed.
8. Formulate recommendations based on analyses for inventory, assortment, and pricing strategies.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years in a business retail merchandising role.

2. Proficiency in data visualization techniques, with the ability to create clear and concise reports and dashboards.
3. Solid understanding of the retail and fashion industry, with knowledge of merchandising principles, product lifecycles, and market trends.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
5. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business retail merchandising role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
