LVMH Assistant Boutique Manager

- Embody and promote the brand image to customers and the store team, maintaining a deep understanding of the brand's DNA.

- Conduct morning briefings, set objectives, and provide training and direct coaching in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
- Foster a team spirit, managing, motivating, and driving the team to enhance sales and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Oversee store operations, including daily reconciliation reports, bank statements, and sales reports to the UK Finance Team and Head Office.
- Ensure accurate weekly cash banking.
- Evaluate Sales Consultants' performance, providing continuous feedback to optimize results.
- Manage the day-to-day business needs and administrative tasks.
- Monitor and communicate sales targets and KPIs.
- Minimize stock loss through weekly inventories and bi-annual stock takes, maintaining stockroom standards.
- Develop personal and associates' sales techniques to maximize sales.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of merchandise and market trends.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining all visual guidelines.
- Ensure store standards consistently reflect the brand image.
- Enhance customer service standards to deliver world-class service.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and achieve sales objectives.
- Proactively address and resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Motivate and develop Sales Associates in clientelling and customer service.
- Experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment and managing people.
- Relevant experience in Leather Goods / Accessories.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets with a focus on client needs and experience.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Moynat Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of Retail KPIs.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
