1. Lead and inspire the boutique team, embodying the brand's image and values.
2. Conduct morning briefings, set objectives, and provide training and coaching alongside the Boutique Manager.
3. Manage store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
4. Oversee financial operations, including reconciliation reports and cash banking.
5. Evaluate and provide feedback on Sales Consultants' performance to drive results.
6. Monitor sales targets and KPIs, ensuring stock loss is minimized.
7. Develop and enhance personal and team sales techniques.
8. Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
9. Enhance customer service standards to deliver world-class service.
10. Build and nurture client relationships to achieve sales objectives.
11. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

1. Experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Proven track record in managing teams.
3. Relevant experience in Leather Goods or Accessories.

Minimum of 5 years in a luxury retail environment with team management responsibilities.
