- Lead and motivate the boutique team to maximize sales and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Conduct morning briefings, set objectives, and provide training and coaching.
- Manage store operations, including reconciliation reports and cash banking.
- Evaluate sales consultants' performance and provide feedback.
- Track and communicate sales targets and KPIs.
- Minimize stock loss through regular inventories and maintain stockroom standards.
- Assist in implementing visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store standards.
- Enhance customer service to deliver world-class experiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury sales and team management.
- Experience in leather goods or accessories is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and commercial acumen.
