3. Manage store operations, including reconciliation reports and cash banking.
4. Evaluate sales consultants' performance and provide feedback.
5. Track and communicate sales targets and KPIs.
6. Minimize stock loss through regular inventories and maintain stockroom standards.
7. Assist in implementing visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store standards.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury sales and team management.
