- Lead and motivate the store team to maximize sales and ensure efficiency.
- Uphold the brand image and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct morning briefings, set objectives, and provide training and coaching.
- Oversee store operations, including financial reconciliations and reporting.
- Evaluate sales consultants' performance and provide feedback.
- Monitor sales targets and KPIs, ensuring stock loss is minimized.
