LVMH Assistant Boutique Manager

- Lead and inspire the store team, embodying the brand's image and values.
- Conduct morning briefings, set objectives, and provide training and coaching in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee store operations, including financial reconciliations and reporting to the UK Finance Team and Head Office.
- Accurately manage weekly cash banking.
- Evaluate Sales Consultants' performance, offering feedback to drive results.
- Monitor and communicate sales targets and KPIs.
- Minimize stock loss through regular inventories and maintain stockroom standards.
- Develop personal and team sales techniques to maximize sales.
- Maintain and implement visual guidelines, ensuring store standards reflect the brand image.
- Enhance customer service standards to deliver world-class service.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to develop a loyal clientele.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Motivate and develop Sales Associates in clienteling and customer service.
- Experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Proven ability to manage people effectively.
- Relevant experience in Leather Goods or Accessories.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent personal presentation as a brand ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
- Commercial acumen and customer service passion.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
Minimum of 5 years in a luxury retail environment with managerial responsibilities.
