- Collaborate with the Senior Vice President to establish the store's vision and drive a profitable business.
- Maintain a strong leadership presence, acting as a mentor, teacher, and problem solver.
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere across various categories.
- Organize activities, meetings, and prioritize actions to ensure a balance between operational efficiency, service, and customer experience.
- Monitor store performance by reviewing weekly sales across categories.
- Develop and implement staffing models to optimize employee scheduling and improve sales potential.
- Analyze Mystery Shop reports and collaborate on CRM strategy to enhance customer relationships.
- Provide feedback on store layout and customer experience improvements to the Senior Vice President.
- Partner with Retail Buyer and Director to develop relevant training for staff.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with financial objectives.
- Lead staffing and recruitment efforts, ensuring effective management and sales succession.
- Conduct regular training sessions and career development initiatives for staff.
- Propose and develop event formats in collaboration with marketing.
- Ensure store appearance and grooming standards are maintained.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and documentation.
- Support sales associates in achieving sales objectives and resolving customer issues.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a retail setting, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems.
- Fluency in foreign languages is advantageous.
- Ability to motivate and build effective teams.
