1. Provide a personalized client experience and build strong client relationships.
2. Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
3. Incorporate product knowledge into the sales process to enhance sales and transaction value.
4. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
5. Gather and enter relevant customer information into the client relationship management system.
6. Promote store events through various communication channels.
7. Maintain and expand a client book.
8. Follow up consistently on shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.
9. Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image.
10. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as required.

1. Minimum of two years of retail sales experience in a luxury environment.
