- Collaborate with the Senior Vice President to establish the store's vision and drive a successful and profitable business.
- Maintain a strong leadership presence, serving as a mentor and problem solver.
- Foster a collaborative team environment across various categories.
- Organize activities and meetings to balance operational efficiencies, service, and customer experience.
- Monitor store performance by reviewing weekly sales and optimizing staffing models.
- Analyze Mystery Shop reports and CRM activities to enhance customer relationships.
- Provide input on store layout and customer experience improvements.
- Partner with the Retail Director to ensure network alignment.
- Identify and develop training programs for Ready-to-Wear and Shoes.
- Mentor Assistant Managers and ensure high standards of customer service.
- Utilize Retail Pro for inventory management and maintain business reports.
- Oversee Profit and Loss responsibilities, focusing on controllable expenses.
- Manage stock levels and merchandise assortment to meet financial objectives.
- Implement retention initiatives and collaborate with HR for staffing and development.
- Lead recruitment and personnel management, ensuring effective succession planning.
- Organize staff training and career development initiatives.
- Propose and develop event formats in collaboration with Marketing.
- Ensure adherence to grooming and styling standards and maintain store appearance.
- Create staff schedules and manage administrative tasks.
- Empower associates to achieve sales objectives and enhance client relationships.
- Support the sales process and handle customer issues.
- Understand and manage store performance by product category.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Proficiency in computer software and inventory management systems.
- Ability to motivate and build effective teams.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous.
